God in his redemptive grace sent Jesus Christ to pay the ransom for our Sin. In response to our redemption is to say “YES” to godliness our of gratitude for His grace.

This weeks sermon will be in lead up to the bible studies for the first half of the year where we will be focusing on Jesus death ‘For Our Sins’and what it means to be ‘Alive in Christ’.
In Psalm 139:19-24 we see David’s response to how horrendous sin is in the light of the glory of the all knowing, all seeing, ever present God.
Our response to sin must be the same in the light of what God has done ‘For our Sin’ in Jesus Christ. Hebrews 10:19-26 shows us that we are to draw near to God, holding unswervingly to the hope we profess, as we spur one another on in love and good deeds and by not giving up meeting together.
